The Quality Assurance System of the International Doctoral School is centralised, meaning it covers all official doctoral programmes affiliated with the school, of which our programme is one.

Quality manual
This is the main document of the QAS, setting out the quality policy and objectives, its scope, and the organisational structure and responsibilities in quality matters.
It also details the operational processes of the QAS (and the procedures that describe them).
It contains several annexes, which may evolve (be updated) independently of the manual.

Quality procedures
The procedures describe the operational processes of the QAS, that is, the activities carried out and their responsibilities. They develop and complement the quality manual and may include annexed documents.
They incorporate references to process results and indicators that enable data analysis for informed decision-making. Their management method is described in detail in procedure «XD-01: document control».
