Requirements for the thesis defense
The requirements that the student must meet in order to defend the doctoral thesis in the DOMAR Doctoral Program are the following:
THESIS DEFENSE
- Having passed the doctoral thesis project.
- Having passed a minimum of 8 ECTS of advanced training courses (200 hours).
- Additionally, having passed a minimum of 6 ECTS (150 hours) to choose from the whole offer of courses of DOMAR, CFA and CFT, and/or complementary training.
- Having published at least one article in a JCR journal reference in their area of research, derived from the thesis project. Those students enrolled in the new plan (2018 onwards) must also be the first author of the work.
- Having a positive evaluation in all the annual research plans, with a total (throughout all the years) of 1000 hours of work in training activities.
- Having the approval of the Monitoring Commission.
In addition to these requirements, consult the regulations at the university in which the student is enroled.
